For domestic Orders our standard shipping timeline is 4 days. The orders take about 10-15 days to get ready. However kindly keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in deliveries

 

 

Cancellation Policy

2.     The amount for the same will be returned to you inform of credit points which you can use on our website within 3 months.

International Shipping and Return Policies

 

For International Orders our standard shipping timeline is 6-7 days. The orders take about 10-15 days to get ready. However kindly keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in deliveries.

 

International Shipping charges are as follows:

Upto INR 10,000/ Shipping charges will be INR 3,000/

INR 10,000-INR 20,000 Shipping Charges will be INR 4500/

INR 20,000-INR 30,000/ Shipping charges will be INR 6500/

 

International Customs Charges:

When shipping to certain countries, there might be customs charges involved. Any customs fees, local taxes, or handling charges from the delivery company or any charges charged by the country officials are usually covered by the client (you). Return Policy:

1.     As our Products are made to order we do not accept return. Once the order is placed our team gets in touch with you to confirm the order and the measurements. After we are satisfied with the measurements received we process the order ensuring the correct fit.

 

2.     We always ensure that the best quality product is delivered to you. However in rarest of a situation  if you receive any damaged product the same can be returned to us. 3.     As an International customer you will be responsible paying the return shipping fees or any applicable Indian Customs Charges (Import/Other). Kindly Note these charges are non-refundable.

 

4.     You can also send the parcels back with your family or friends. Please note you will be responsible for the shipping or any Indian Customs charges.

 

5.     The amount will be refunded to you as credit points which can be used by you on our website within a period of 1 year.
