Return & Exchange Policy

At Li'l Angels, every order is packed with the utmost care and attention to detail. We take great pride in delivering your purchase in perfect condition and ensuring it reaches you on time. However, if something isn't quite right, we're always here to assist you.

To help us resolve any concerns quickly, we kindly request that you inspect your order carefully upon delivery and review the policy below.

When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

We will be happy to assist if:

  • You have received a product that is different from what was ordered or displayed on our website.
  • The product has arrived damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

As each order is carefully prepared for our customers, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products tailored to custom measurements.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Accessories.
  • Products purchased during promotional offers or special campaigns.

Store Credit Policy

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, eligible returns are processed in the form of Store Credit, which can be redeemed on future purchases at www.lilangelskids.com.

Please note:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the invoice value before issuing Store Credit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Store Credit remains valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Product Colour & Photography

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to professional studio lighting, screen settings, and device displays, slight colour variations may occur between the product image and the actual garment. Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Before You Raise a Request

To help us process your request efficiently, we kindly ask that:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims relating to damage, defects, or incorrect products.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice.

Quality Inspection

Once your return reaches us, it will undergo a careful quality inspection, which may take approximately 8–10 business days.

Upon successful verification, your Store Credit will be issued promptly to your Li'l Angels account.

Returning Your Product

At present, we are unable to offer reverse pickup services.

The cost of shipping the return to us will need to be borne by the customer. However, should an exchange be approved, the shipping cost of the replacement product will be covered by Li'l Angels.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Shipping charges and loyalty points are non-refundable.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for products that have been damaged after use.
  • Every return or exchange request is carefully reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Li'l Angels reserves the right to approve or decline a request after inspection of the returned merchandise.
